SMA Support Services Has Been Acquired by Omnia Exterior Solutions

Tamarack Partners advised SMA Support Services—a business process outsourcing firm—on its sale to Omnia Exterior Solutions, a portfolio company of CCMP Growth Advisors. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
SMA Support, based in Andover, MN, is a specialized business process outsourcing (BPO) firm serving the exterior contracting industry. Founded in 2019, SMA provides a variety of support functions including sales, marketing and administration. With this acquisition, SMA will become the exclusive BPO partner of Omnia Exterior Solutions, driving operating efficiencies across its four businesses.
Launched in 2023 as a portfolio company of CCMP, Omnia Exterior Solutions is a national provider of residential roofing solutions and exterior remodeling services. The company was formed to address a gap in the residential roofing industry and comprises exclusive partners who are local and regional leaders in their respective markets.
Omnia Exterior Solutions launched its platform in June 2023 with the acquisition of Hoffman Weber Construction. Tamarack Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Hoffman Weber in that transaction.
