Health Information Designs, an Auburn, AL based leading provider of clinical services including prior authorization solutions, acquired Philadelphia, PA based Sanovia Corporation, a company which specialized in prior authorization workflow applications. Sanovia has now been fully-integrated with HID and the legal entity has been dissolved. The sale makes HID the sole independent and objective provider of prior authorization services in the industry.
