Itasca Systems Has Been Acquired by H2O Innovation

H2O Innovation (TSE: HEO), a Canadian designer of water and wastewater treatment systems, acquired all of the outstanding shares of Minneapolis, MN based Itasca Systems, for about $18.5 million. Itaska designs, builds and services membrane-based filtration systems for industrial process water treatment.
